Workplace Privacy Policy

Companies are required to safeguard personal information about their employees and manage personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. This policy sets out how the company collects, stores, uses and discloses of personal information about their employees, and it provides the process for employees being able to access their information or raise concerns. However, this policy goes further, in that it also deals with other frequent workplace privacy issues, such as secret recordings, CCTV, surveillance of IT equipment, etc.
